There is not enough space here for me to say how much I appreciate At Home Hearing & Air. As I always say, I hate to have to call a repair service! As a senior on a fixed income, I always dread any problems! But I am sooooo glad when I DO have a problem, I can count on fast, honest and dependable service from At Home. Kami was so good to get me on the schedule this morning when I called. And by 2:15 my house was cooling nicely! Luke was the one who came today, and I was, as always, so impressed with their service! Their prices are reasonable, Bert, Kami and Luke are all so good about communicating their arrival, what is needed, etc. I have called on them for YEARS, and never once worried about being taken advantage of. They go the extra mile for their customers! Thanks, At Home and specifically Luke today, for your good service and keeping me, and Collierville, comfortable and cool!!

I recently had the pleasure of working with At Home Heating and Air and couldn't be more satisfied with their service. From start to finish, they were incredibly professional and punctual. They explained in detail how it operates and provided me with valuable tips on maintaining it to ensure its longevity and efficiency. We just had Bert Smith with At Home Heating & Air come check our AC system. It never cools to the temperature we set it to in the summer. We always thought it was an old system or bad windows or poor insulation. Bert found the problem after just 2 minutes in the attic. He fixed the issue and then did an extremely thorough check up of everything else. He also found that our condenser coil was VERY dirty. He cleaned it and recharged the Freon. Before he left, we could already feel a noticeable difference in the temperature of the house. We were shocked at how quickly we could feel the change. This is the only company I would recommend using. They were fast, on time, thorough, honest, communicative and more. Save their number!!

We have had 2 great experiences with At Home Heating and Air! Bert was the technician that serviced our systems both times. Once he found an electrical issue and was able to replace it for aftermarket part for 1/3 of the price as a new one and also had it in stock. The other issue he replaced an starter and helped troubleshoot some other issues pertaining to the condensate draining issue we were experiencing. He was a wealth of knowledge and worked quickly and efficiently while explain what he was doing along the way. The dispatcher responded to my afterhours call with in 15 mins of the office opening in the morning. They did have a busy schedule but worked with me on a time would be best for my family. The technicians work on salary and not commission so Bert pointed out a few thing just to watch and take note of. No hard upselling. He was honest and when through the advantages and disadvantages of each case. I feel comfort in knowing At Home Heating and Air will be my HVAC contact for years to come.

K met Bert when I was readying the house to sell. The contractor remodeling had Bert come to go over the HVAC system, including to fix an issue that 3 HVAC companies had failed to get right. Bert took care of everything. And he and his staff have done the same at the new house.
